Getting Started
A coaching engagement typically starts with an initial conversation to understand your goals, pinpoint what’s getting in the way and determine whether we are the right coaching partner for you.
If we think we’re a great fit for each other, we’ll start with a couple coaching hours a week working side by side on mutually defined deliverables and also getting a feel for our working styles.
After the first month, if we’re both still stoked about the progress and partnership, we’ll continue with a month to month retainer. Minimize risk. Optimize for results.
To keep quality high and laser focused on your goals, we only partner with 2-3 mission driven startups at time.
