I’m Eddie Nguyen. I’m a leadership coach who has been training and supporting startup founders and leaders (backed by YC, GV & A16Z) for the past 4 years. Previously, I’ve built and grown GTM teams at startups like Optimizely (seed stage to $90M ARR) and Marketo (pre-product launch to IPO).

I’m now expanding my leadership coaching practice with Growth Programs specifically designed to help new managers build great teams. Together with friends who are leading teams at innovative companies like LinkedIn, Change.org and Dropbox, we’re helping new managers learn critical management skills faster and design effective strategies to scale their impact. 

We welcome new managers at startups with 3 months to 3 years of management experience, but those with more experience and at bigger companies have joined to refresh their skills and build relationships with motivated leaders.
