Growth programs for new managers

Network

Sometimes being in a leadership role can feel lonely and filled with self doubts. Am I doing this right? How do other leaders solve for X?

We help new managers connect with each other to share experiences, serve as sounding boards, get actionable feedback and build authentic relationships.

Through our personal networks, we have access to world-class leaders and operators who join our community programs to share their experiences, strategies and tactics that helped them build amazing teams, earn the trust of their peers and accelerate their career growth into senior executive roles. Here are just a few:

  • Hallie Pond - led CS teams at Glassdoor and Brightwheel

  • Luke Diaz - led BD and CS teams at Clearbit and Alto

  • Keiko Tokuda - led Marketing teams at Front and Eventbrite

  • Young Kim - led Eng teams at LinkedIn and NerdWallet

  • Olga Narvskaya - led Ops teams at Segment and Dropbox

  • Zo Silver - led CX teams at SafeCorp and Change.org

  • Roz Greenfield - led Sales teams at Level213 and Oracle

  • Mustafa โ€œMooseโ€ Paksoy - led Eng teams at Optimizely and Salesforce
