How we help
Peer & Mentorship network
Sometimes being in a leadership role can feel lonely. Am I doing this right? How do other leaders solve for X?
We help new managers connect with each other to share experiences, serve as sounding boards, get actionable feedback and build authentic relationships.
Through our personal networks, we have access to world-class leaders and operators who join our community programs to share their experiences, strategies and tactics that helped them build amazing teams, earn the trust of their peers and accelerate their career growth into senior executive roles. Here are just a few:
Hallie Pond - led CS teams at Glassdoor and Brightwheel
Luke Diaz - led BD and CS teams at Clearbit and Alto
Keiko Tokuda - led Marketing teams at Front and Eventbrite
Young Kim - led Eng teams at LinkedIn and NerdWallet
Olga Narvskaya - led Ops teams at Segment and Dropbox
Zo Silver - led CX teams at SafeCorp and Change.org
Roz Greenfield - led Sales teams at Level213 and Oracle
Mustafa โMooseโ Paksoy - led Eng teams at Optimizely and Salesforce

The best way to keep up with the latest challenges new managers are facing and how theyโre overcoming them. Peers and mentors in this community are regularly contributing great conversations, articles, resources, and community updates. Twice a month, we curate highlights from the community chat and send them to your inbox so you donโt have to miss a thing.
Monthly Growth Mornings
At the beginning of each month, new managers and leadership mentors come together to share and discuss inspiring and real topics to help you grow your career and navigate gnarly management challenges.
Peer Mentorship Circles
Meet twice a month with a cohort of 5-7 peers and a leadership to dive deep into topics that help new managers navigate gnarly management challenges and accelerate their career growth. The learning experience is facilitated over Zoom, highly interactive (20% learning, 80% doing) and provides you with continuous actionable feedback.
