Founder Field Trips

Three-month cohorts of 8 founders: bi-monthly dinners, check-ins, and the founder to founder peer support that actually moves you forward.

The founder journey gets lonely fast. You're making decisions with incomplete information. The inspiration that used to fuel you feels harder to find. And the founders you want to connect with? Everyone's too buried to make it happen consistently.

You miss having structure: not the rigid kind, but the lightweight rhythms that kept you honest and moving forward. The accountability that didn't feel like surveillance. The conversations that left you energized, not drained.

Founder Field Trips is like the best parts of accelerators without the tech bro BS. Founders connecting with founders. Challenging each other. Inspiring each other. A small, curated group of 8 that meets twice a month over exceptional meals and virtual check-ins, guided by leadership coaches who've actually built and scaled 0-1 startups.

Three months together. Real momentum. And at the end, you choose whether to continue as a group or join a new cohort.

This is the structure you've been missing.

First Thursdays: Dinners

Gather at exceptional SF restaurants. Hear the chef/owner's founder journey. Dig into what you can't discuss with your team: founder dynamics, performance issues, the mental game, investors who don't get it.

Leave inspired, well-fed, and less alone.

Third Thursdays: Check-ins

Keep the momentum going. Virtual sessions for accountability and progress. Bring what's actually happening. Get practical frameworks and honest feedback from people who get it.

Walk away with clarity, not just commiseration.
