Management Coaching

Rapid Skills Development

This program starts with a lightweight 360 to gain a baseline understanding of your capabilities as a leader. We’ll discuss and prioritize 1-2 high impact development areas we think can be the difference makers. On a weekly basis, Eddie will facilitate learning and practice sessions to accelerate the development of critical management skills your team desperately needs from you. Common topics include:

  • Coaching your team for performance and developing careers

  • Resisting the temptation to jump in when fires emerge vs. trusting your team

  • Translating strategy to an operational plan that’s understood and executed by your team

In a 1:1 non-judgmental setting, Eddie will help unblock your toughest management challenges and accelerate crushing opportunities you’re chasing. Common topics include:
