Enabling the next generation of mission driven startup leaders
Coaching For A Cause - High School Fundraiser
This quarter, I'm running Coaching for a Cause — four coaching sessions for $250 (normally $5,000), with all proceeds going toward sending my son's high school marching band to Ireland in 2026.
It's a way to do two good things at once: give someone the clarity and momentum they need, and invest in something joyful for the next generation.
Ideal for anyone to "try out " coaching. High-potential employees or first-time managers ready to level up. Working parents striving to build meaningful careers and families. Or just to reflect on 2025 and get intentional with making 2026 amazing.
TL;DR – The Essentials
What’s Included: • Four coaching sessions (your pace: weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) • Tools, practices, and space to help you move forward with clarity
What’s Asked of You: • A full-hearted commitment to this work • A $250 donation to Dublin High School Marching Band
Who This Is For
This is for people who care deeply about how they show up in the world and the impact they make.
Maybe you're a public school teacher trying to stay grounded. A founder stepping into a leadership role for the first time and figuring out how to level up. A customer support intern figuring out how to use your voice.
Title doesn’t matter. Income doesn’t matter. What matters is that you’re ready to look inward, move forward, and do the work.
This isn’t something I advertise publicly. It’s shared quietly, offered intentionally, and only a few spots exist.
If you’re reading this, it’s likely for a reason.
How Coaching Works
We’ll start with a short reflection exercise and one deep-dive onboarding session to map out where you are, where you want to go, and what’s in the way.
Then, we’ll meet for four coaching sessions—your pace: weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. Not sure what cadence fits? We’ll figure it out together.
Each session is a judgment-free sandbox. A space to explore honestly, think clearly, and move forward—step by step.
Sometimes that means:
An “aha” moment that shifts how you see yourself or others
Getting clear on what “good” looks like so you know where you’re headed
Creating a simple, doable plan you can act on with confidence
Whether it’s one breakthrough or slow, steady progress—you’ll leave each session (or the space between) feeling like something real just moved.
What We’ll Bring to the Table
From you:
Preparation – Bring a real question, challenge, or opportunity
Play full out – Keep an open mind and fully engage
Follow through – Do the reflection, research, or next steps that emerge
From me:
No judgment – I’ll meet you with compassion, not critique
No bullshit – I’ll challenge you when you’re playing small or settling
Whatever it takes – I’ll bring the best of my time, tools, and training
If You’re Here
I’m holding 10 spots this quarter. I don’t promote this widely. But if you’ve found your way to this page—and it resonates—there’s a good chance this is for you.
